Nothing fresh to offer, just some photos from before I knew anything about taking photos. I visited a tiny remote volcanic island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean with some friends during my studies in Chile. Upon request, I brought horse medicine from the mainland for a local. He lived by himself on the opposite side of the island, so Mikey & I borrowed bikes and rode through a lava minefield for a grueling 2 hours to get there. He was STOKED to say the least, and the next day he took me on a dawn-to-dusk horseback tour of the entire island, seeing the island from every vantage point possible. There was no such thing as “no trespassing”. I laid prostrate the entire next day, sore and sunburned, as I hadn’t ridden a horse in years.
