Cashed in a huge jar of coins and some credit card numbers and got meself a new toy. I’ve been looking for a quality compact that I can have with me all the time, and this lil lx3 fits the bill. Takes to the lowly lit street nicely.

Check the season 2 premiere of me fav show on the boob tube (well, this and Californication). Looks like the musical arsenal of formerly New Zealand’s fourth most popular guitar-based digi-bongo acapella-rap-funk-comedy folk duo is running on fumes, but the show is still laughs. full screenable version can be seen here

And I finally saw Slumdog Millionaire, a pretty spectacular cinematographic kaleidescope of colors…and the story is a nice mix of tragedy and comedy. Go see it.
